The Advanced Training Course for Innovative Talents in Futian District is jointly organized by the Shenzhen Institute of Higher Finance and the Futian District Government of Shenzhen. Wu Gaolin was invited to attend and give a lecture at the Futian District Advanced Training Course for Innovative Talents at the Shenzhen Institute of Higher Finance.

The seminar invites top scholars, authoritative policy makers, and practitioners who have been deeply involved in the industry to jointly give lectures. The aim is to help the political elites in Futian District expand their macro perspectives in all aspects, enhance their financial thinking in multiple dimensions, accurately grasp new opportunities and trends, and achieve leapfrog development.

Chairman Wu Gaolin shared the theme of decoding the value of intellectual property in the "Tao Te Ching", including the International Intellectual Property Innovation Center, the historical changes in intellectual property, the relationship between Tao Te Ching and intellectual property, cases related to intellectual property, and the strategic significance and value of 16 Shenzhen Hong Kong cooperation articles.

Adhering to the excellent tradition of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), the Shenzhen Institute of Higher Financial Studies takes it as its responsibility to cultivate innovative leaders in the new era who have both Chinese experience and global perspectives. In 2021, it opened the "Futian District Advanced Training Course for Innovative Talents" for a large number of leaders in Futian District, aiming to cultivate transformational political talents of critical significance for the transitional Chinese economy and society.
