Tian Lipu, former director of the State Intellectual Property Office, Hong Yongqing, director of the Shanghai Office of the Association for the promotion of South South cooperation of the Ministry of foreign affairs of China, and Wu Gaolin, chairman of the board of directors of the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange, recently attended the opening ceremony of the Shenzhen Branch of Shandong Borui law firm.

Chairman Wu Gaolin presented the Chinese and English reading version of Lao Tzu Tao Te Ching, which took nearly five years to translate, to minister Tian Lipu.
