Patent right is not only an important proof of innovation strength, but also an important guarantee for winning market competition. With the rapid development of market economy, the war around patents has become a normal state in market economy.

In particular, science and technology enterprises should pay more attention to the layout of patents when paying attention to R & D. Actively safeguard their own rights and interests on the premise of respecting the intellectual property rights of others. We must make every effort to crack down on the infringement of our intellectual property rights. In the face of patent infringement and other dispute cases, we also hope that Chinese businesses can actively take up legal weapons to protect their own rights and interests when justified.
