Zhou Luming

　　President of Shenzhen yuanchuangli offshore innovation center. He has successively served as deputy director of Shenzhen Science and Technology Bureau, vice president of Shenzhen Tsinghua Research Institute and chairman of Shenzhen Association for science and technology. Presided over the formulation of a series of major legislation and decision-making research on scientific and technological innovation in Shenzhen, and promoted the theoretical research and practice of private scientific research institutions.
