1. Why do I see my fund display floating on the client?

A: the transaction currency of hkipx is Hong Kong dollar, and the currency displayed on the client is also Hong Kong dollar. Because hkipx does not exchange, if the binding bank of your transaction account is RMB, the client will display it in equivalent Hong Kong dollars on the client, and it will change according to the exchange rate on the day of delivery. If you need accurate figures, it is recommended to query the actual exchange rate on that day.


2. When I log in, I see an error on the Internet?

A: (computer version) please click the lower right corner of the client to switch to other sites to try;

(mobile version) after opening the client interface, click the gear icon in the upper left corner to try to change other sites.


3. I can't log in to the client and prompt "the account has been unbound, please rebind"?

A: please log in to the platform to complete your bank binding.


4. How to cancel orders?

A: 1. For the purchase / sale declaration that has not been completed, the order can be cancelled;

2. After the end of the daily trading period, the declaration of no transaction will be cancelled automatically;

3. Once the purchase order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.


5. How to buy / sell at market price?

A: enter the correct commodity code, purchase strategy / order type and purchase quantity, and submit.


6. How to buy / sell?

A: enter the correct commodity code, amount (note that the amount of buying / selling can not exceed the limit of rise and fall) and the quantity of purchase, and then submit.


7. How to download the client?
