Article 1 intellectual property portfolio assets are traded in the form of intellectual property product units. Unit transaction of intellectual property products refers to the transaction mode in which two or more dealers jointly own intellectual property products by shares, and the co owners can transfer all or part of the intellectual property product units held by them.

 

Article 2 the basic trading rules of intellectual property portfolio assets shall follow the trading rules of cultural and art collections (Provisional) of Hong Kong Intellectual Property Exchange.

 

Article 3 where there is a trading period for the portfolio assets of intellectual property products listed by the exchange, it shall be indicated in the trading announcement. The trading period is generally 1-3 years. Three months before the expiration, traders can apply to the exchange for an extension of the trading period. The exchange will review the application and announce the results according to the market conditions.

 

Article 4 if the unit of intellectual property products held by a dealer reaches the specified quantity of a certain intellectual property product in the portfolio assets of intellectual property products, it may apply for delivery. The specific delivery standard, delivery quantity and delivery method will be specified in the announcement according to the nature and characteristics of intellectual property portfolio assets.

 

Article 5 after the expiration of the trading term, the trading of the intellectual property portfolio assets shall enter into the normal delivery procedure. According to the nature and characteristics of intellectual property portfolio assets, delisting procedures can be carried out by means of physical delivery and repurchase, and the specific scheme shall be subject to the announcement.

 

Article 6 for the physical delivery of intellectual property portfolio assets at the end of the trading term, the deliverable part shall be delivered in accordance with the method prescribed by the exchange, and the disposal method for the part not suitable for delivery shall be implemented according to the specific scheme announced. After the disposal, the intellectual property portfolio assets will be delisted normally.

 

Article 7 upon the expiration of the trading term, the exchange will decide whether to extend the trading term or instruct the original listing person to purchase and deliver the goods at a price no lower than the listing price according to the market conditions.

 

Article 8 if the trading term is extended after the expiration of the trading term, the exchange will make a public announcement to specify the extension of the trading term. After the expiration of the new trading term, delisting shall be carried out in accordance with these measures.

 

Article 9 for customers who have not applied for delivery of intellectual property portfolio assets after delisting from the market, the exchange will retain their rights and interests and charge a certain warehousing management fee.

 

Article 10 these Rules shall come into force as of the date of promulgation
