  Introduction to the shelter

  The shelter originated in the United States and was first used in the US military. It is a metal structure cabin built with the concept of container and with various functions. It can be equipped with vehicle according to different requirements, with high maneuverability. Compared with the container, the cabin has higher reliability. It developed from single function to multi-function combined shelter so far. Its products are widely used in all kinds of special vehicles, emergency communication vehicles, power station vehicles, some RV, residential and so on.

  New materials of core technology

  1. Medical shelter made of atmospheric corrosion resistant steel

  Atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel can form stable, dense and firm rust layer on its surface after several years in atmospheric environment by adding copper, phosphorus, chromium, nickel and other elements into the steel, so as to prevent or delay further rust corrosion of steel. All kinds of products made of weather resistant steel will not produce second pollution in the use process, which is a real environmental steel and can save a lot of maintenance costs

  The most important feature of atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel is that it no longer needs galvanizing, plastic spraying, coating and rust on the surface of its finished products. It is an extremely important feature and has a very important practical value.

  2. Making medical shelter with bulletproof steel

  Manufacturing medical shelter with bullet proof steel can achieve all-round high-level resistance to bullet, shrapnel, grenade, pry and smash, etc. It can be moved, combined, comfortable and convenient. The internal personnel can be safe in the complex terrorist environment.   3. Field medical shelter with scandium aluminum alloy as beam column structure

  The field hospital with modular module can increase the construction speed by many times, and the single module can also be used, which is more close to the actual combat needs, and can reach the level of modern grade hospital under the field conditions. The field medical shelter made of scandium aluminum alloy structure frame has the advantages of high strength and light weight (the proportion is one third of that of steel) transportation and installation, easy storage, and long service life. It can meet the needs of mobile hospital, field hospital and field ward.
