Protection term：Maximum of 20 years, subject to the payment of maintenance fees due at 3.5 years, 7.5 years and 11.5 years from the date of patent issued

Required documents

1、Patent document in English (including, Claims, Abstract, Specifications, and drawings)

2、Name and address of the applicant and inventor

3、For corporation applicant, please provide a copy of Certificate of Incorporation  of the company 

     For individual applicant, please provide a copy of Identification card

4、Power of Attorney
